"The neat thing about Amarillo, is that Amarillo and the whole Texas panhandle area has a real great support system. They have probably one of the highest per capita non-profit organizations in the state of Texas. But the neat thing is that there are a lot of giving people and organizations in Amarillo itself. So, right now, we have 26 partners that have signed on, actually, as the grant was written to help, and some of those partners being banks for financial literacy, some of those being locations for tutors with the maverick girls and boys club, with YMCA, several different partners have truly stepped up already. The key for us is to trying to get our plan together of how our GEAR UP is going to work and then to make sure that we're implementing those partners and to be gaining new partners always to be gaining new partners, because I think this is initiative for everyone, not just for the ones that we've already set forth. I think everybody really has this great initiative and it's a good initiative so we continue to want to gain new ones."
