The Pasadena GEAR UP for Success program serves students and parents through the following:
- Tutorial programs
- Parent meetings
- Enrichment programs (increased support for Pre-AP and AP)
- Campus higher education campaigns
- GEAR UP Portfolio development
- College field trips
- Mentoring activities
- Summer camps
- Staff development for campus teachers
