EQ-cuse Me

There’s no denying that the current generation of students have a lot to offer as the leaders. They're tech savvy, independent, and extremely calculated when it comes to sharing information. On the other hand, they're overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors and lack the emotional intelligence that will help them be successful later on down the road. So how can we help students tap into their EQ (AKA emotional intelligence)?

And as we continue to shape the next generation of leaders, we need to invest in fine-tuning students’ emotional skills. Shedding light on how students can explore the emotional side of their minds today will help mold them into stronger leaders tomorrow.
